Ryan Paterson

Ryan is the head of Creative & Experience at Ethos, responsible for building the brand, helping share the Ethos story, shaping product design, and developing and executing marketing strategies to help Ethos achieve its mass adoption mission – all while building a movement.


Through over 15 years of agency, non-profit and freelance experience Ryan has cultivated broad expertise and creative leadership working with clients and collaborators to push the envelope where art, commerce, community, culture, social change, media and technology intersect. With a background in multi-disciplinary creative practice and design thinking, he has created winning impact leading innovative and integrated campaigns for clients including General Motors, Coca-Cola, eOne, GM Visa, Maven, Stoli and Yahoo Canada as Creative Director at Isobar Canada, part of the global Dentsu Aegis Network. Ryan holds a BFA in New Media from Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts, and is also the co-founder of one of Canada’s premier youth arts & culture festivals.
